Almaz Alsenov, a former judoka from Karaganda, Kazakhstan, has built a successful agribusiness empire in Switzerland. His company, Harvest Group SA, co-founded with his sister Anel, generated over $450 million in revenue in 2023 and operates in more than 36 countries. The siblings were finalists in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year SwiRerland competition. Alsenov remains dedicated to judo, founding the JENYS club in Kazakhstan and serving as an advisor to the International Judo Federation.
